Ⅰ Product overview:

G6 automatic pallet wrapper is designed for fast and stable end-of-line pallet securing. 

It uses a roller turntable, powered pre-stretch carriage and PLC control to wrap loads up to 2 tons with consistent tension. 

The machine detects pallet height, applies and cuts film automatically, and runs at 25–40 pallets per hour.

In fully automated lines, it commonly integrates with conveyors, palletizers and pallet strapping maachine to improve throughput, reduce film usage and eliminate manual wrapping bottlenecks.

The slewing-bearing turntable carries up to 2 tons with smooth, steady rotation which keeps the wrapping cycle stable even under heavier pallets.

Automatic film apply and cut shorten every wrap cycle allowing the line to run at a steady pace without waiting for manual work.

The PLC control and roller turntable design connect smoothly with existing conveyors and palletizing sections making the whole end-of-line flow simpler and more predictable.
