Inline Fully Automatic Top Sheet Dispenser with Pre-Stretch Pallet Wrapper
The SD1 top-sheet dispenser is usually placed in a fully automatic packaging line in combination with a pallet wrapper to protect the load at the top against water, dust and other dirt.
The SD1 Top Sheet Dispenser is placed in the process area of a G6 Turntable Automatic wrapping system. The load enters the process area, a sheet is pulled from the supply roll and is placed on the top of the load. As the placer arms are raised, the G6 begins its wrap cycle at slow speed until the top sheet is fully wrapped, then switches to high speed mode until the entire load is wrapped.
This machine can be seamlessly integrated with the G6 Fully Automatic Pallet Wrapper or the L3 Fully Automatic Rotary Stretch Wrapper, providing a complete automated packaging solution.
